Tenant Installation

Booking.com

Cape Town

The brief from Booking.com was to give their Cape Town office a splash of local flair. One of their corporate identity elements featuring strongly in all the Booking.com offices is the highway carpets running through the office, complete with yellow and white dashed lines. To reference the Cape Townian context, the highway was not completed through the reception area, ala the uncompleted bridges at the Foreshore. Furthermore, meeting pods were designed to resemble the Muizenberg huts and colours in the kitchen and breakout space are reminiscent of the Bo-Kaap. Themed meeting rooms include a corner bay window with sharks referencing the V&A Waterfront Aquarium.
