Sensitivity towards this unique site whilst making the most of the breathtaking views was the first instruction received from the client. Situated on the south facing slopes of the Silverboom Kloof meant dealing with the prevailing south-easterly wind and allowing as much northern sunlight into the house. This is an entertainer's dream house, with a south facing covered patio offering 180-degree uninterrupted views of the ocean and mountains.
