The Design Concept is developed further by means of exploratory drawings. We transfer the drawing process onto a computer 3D model resulting in more accurate drawings. Floor plans, elevations and sections are resolved in three dimensions, providing clarity to the overall design.
The technical design is translated into drawings for Local Authority approval, then developed into comprehensive Working Drawings — including door and window schedules, electrical layouts, ceiling drawings, built-in cupboard details, and balustrade layouts. The quality of our detailing ensures the end result is of the required standard.
We help you select suitable builders, obtain appropriate prices for construction, monitor progress and standards, supervise safety on site, liaise with other specialists and oversee the construction through to successful completion.
We inspect the works after Practical Completion and compile a defects list for the contractor. We receive, comment and approve payment valuations, issue certificates to certify the work is complete, and prepare as-built drawings and documentation for your records.
